It has been mentioned an internet aspect... Messages being uploaded online to get to a user not around any connections... would be really cool if there was some collaboration between bitchat and URnetwork to host message relays within the URnetwork provider software 🤔 would mitigate the need to host any servers. Not sure whether or not it would have to pay anything to URnetwork though.
However I don't think there is enough energy/demand behind this project to reach that far at the moment
