A large-scale, real-world application for the BitChat protocol

I read your post here about BitChat starting as a weekend project to explore bluetooth mesh and encryption models.

I believe this exact protocol is the solution for a major real-world problem: in-flight communication.

The idea is to build an SDK for airline apps, allowing millions of passengers to chat offline. It takes the core principles of your experiment and gives them a path to being used at a massive scale.

My question is: is the project open to this type of commercial application? Any thoughts you might have on the concept would be valuable.
