Availability of information within regions (region #d>#d1)

I have realised that if you are in a region #d you cannot see the messages written in region #d1. (The region within the bigger region)
As this could improve a more global communication and the actual available number of users, it should be made this way. The biggest number of users I have seen within a chat is 10 people and that is in region #d.
