Is it possible to skip download of non related to my platform packages?

I work on metered network (through my mobile phone) on Windows and I'd like to not dowload packages which isn't related to me. Like @swc/core-darwin-x64 or @swc/core-linux-arm-gnueabihf. It slows down installing and literaly consumes my money.
Is it possible?

Of course I understand how rare my case so I decided to start from discussions section before filling an issue
