pnpm link support omit devDepencies

[StarHosea]

in the project, it has module a , react . a has react as devDepencies.
after run pnpm link --global a, the file would like this , there will has two react instance, and module a whice used react hooks will got error

project 
    - node_modules
         - react
         - a (link from other repo)
            - node_modules
               - react
    - src          

so can we exclude module a 's devDepencies while run pnpm link ?
