Failed - License key is invalid

I'm setting up a new server and trying to install a BE copy. I have a 2- license which should be good for up to 5 machines I think. I only have one current box running Portainer, as I had to replace a machine due to failure. That old machine did have a BE instance, but it (and the machine) are now gone. I am fairly certain that I have only had 2 machines running Portainer in the past, but perhaps with different installs, could the 5 licenses somehow already been used?

I have installed CE 2.18.4 and the upgraded and got the failure in the title. I have also completely reinstalled Linux, reformatting the drive, and then installing BE directly. In both cases I end up stuck on the license entry page and the license is rejected.

The 2- license keys should be usable on 2.18.4 without issue. Make sure you're pasting the whole key - they sometimes have a trailing equals sign (=) so check that's there if it does, and make sure there's no spaces at either end of the key.

Failing that, you might need to jump on our Slack channel and provide the email you signed up with and we can check your key's status.
