Any way to stop container auto-start after Recreate/Re-Pull? [CE 2.18.4]

On CE version 2.18.4, something changed where after I do a re-create container with re-pull, now Portainer will auto-start the container. I don't want this to happen, but I also can't find a setting anywhere to revert back to how it used to work where it simply recreated the container without running it. Any help? Thanks!

Which version were you on previously where this behavior was different? We can then test to see whether this is an intended change or a regression.
