I can find so many docs but not getting the exact link where can I deploy 3 nodes cluster. I have received license. can someone help me out to provide.

Are you talking about Docker Swarm or Kubernetes? Are you referring to adding another environment to an existing Portainer installation, or is this a fresh installation of Portainer? There's not enough detail in your question for us to be able to help you.

I need to test on Kubernetes. this a fresh installation of Portainer. I have the license key but not sure where can I create a cluster. kindly share me the link where can i create a 3 node based Kubernetes cluster.

The Portainer Server requires that you already have a container environment set up in order to provision on. Setting up your initial environment is outside of the scope of Portainer. You can refer to the official Kubernetes documentation for basic instructions, though there are also a number of other guides out there and of course managed Kubernetes providers that can do most of the setup for you.
