Local Setup of Portainer

Using the docs of portioner I was trying to run it locally on my MAC M2 machine and on running make dev I got the following errors

I got it running by removing CGO_ENABLED=0 from the go build command

Can you explain why that fix is needed? I created an issue in the documentation repo: portainer/portainer-docs#289

We believe that eee15d5 should have resolved this issue - are you able to retest per the build instructions in the docs to confirm?
