Feature request: Power button.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I would love it if Portainer had a button that would restart all nodes using sudo reboot on all nodes. It can be annoying to have to manually setup a way to restart your whole server and have to switch to a terminal.

Describe the solution you'd like

On the top bar where the notification and account are, add a power button. When you click this power button I would like to see a drop-down menu. The options on the drop-down menu should consist of: 1. An option to restart all nodes, 2. An option to restart select nodes (You should be able to select one or multiple nodes to restart), 3 and 4. Three and four should be similar to one and two but to shut them down instead of restarting them.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I don't think that there is much alternative feature to what i have suggested.
