Ask a Question!
Hello, I searched but did not found something about my problem.
So in my enterprise, because of certains certifications and ISO certs, we have 3 environments clearly separated, so we have 3 distinct Portainers ( updated on 2.37.0 CE version each ), we have our repositories on a Self Hosted GitLab, and developers have no access to Portainers for security reasons, so the stacks are reflected in GL Repos, the docker compose is all dynamized by env variables, in different env files, and there are pipelines which are deploying stacks on Portainers in the good environment, with the good env file etc...
Before the 2.97 update, stacks deployed by pipelines ( so with API ) had many functionalities, like Environment variables, the Update stack button, Stop / Start this stack buttons, and other things. But since upgrade, all has disappear from the UI, I just have the containers controls ( Start / Stop / Remove ... ). And these stacks are no limited, they have total control. So if a container have a problem, and I have to remove it, I have to make a MR on GL, create a pipeline and wait for it. It's not an easy process when I have many stacks to redeploy.
I don't found any explanation, any solution, and we are not understanding why that difference from a version to another?
Just a screen of what looks like when not manually created :

And sorry for my english, I'm not fluent yet 😁
