Swarm Visualizer / Swarm Node List: display current RAM and storage usage

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to see the actual resource usage on the swarm nodes. RAM and storage should have priority and if possible CPU as well. Preferably as some kind of progress bar or something like that (swarmpit has something nice for this - see image below).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just percentage values as text.
