I'm happy to work on this feature, I would like to contribute to portainer if that's ok? |

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like the ability to pass arguments to the Dockerfile when building images with the Portainer UI. This would be equivalent to the following command:
docker build -t
--build-arg PORT=8080 .
Describe the solution you'd like
A similar solution to how environment variables can be added for creating containers. You can add as many as necessary with the ability to remove arguments too.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried other cluster management tools but I enjoy working with Portainer more and it prevents me having to manually type commands to build images etc.
