Kubernetes Application View, quick open for URL

In the application details view, we list the ports an application deployment is listening on, but there is no "quick launch" or even a "copy" button..

We should add a "copy" button next to the port to copy to clipboard.

Just starting working this a little bit ago. I think I was able to potentially figure something out, but at the moment I was having a hard time creating a dev environment particularly for kubernetes. Is their extra documentation or resource for setting up our dev environments?

Although that won't impact the application details page itself. So that could still be useful to change.
