I think it would be awesome if all list UI's in Portainer could filter, sort, and group based on attributes, and if we could have an attribute set that Portainer layers on top of all Orchestrators and Container run times. I feel this will be important as the complexity of deployed systems goes up. and if we can use and edit container labels for this, all the better. (I think there are a number of visibility UX issues that could be rolled up into one component) |

It would also be nice if we could select an IP when assigning a network to a already made container. Instead of having the IP change on each container reboot. This is possible with the --ip and --ip6 flag |

Hi, my suggestion is pretty simple.
Essentially in the main container view screen, you would be able to create different groups and assign containers to them. You would then be able to "show only some groups" as well as perform start/stop actions on that specific group, affecting all the containers in that group.
I think a drop down list of containers by group would be pretty cool.
