Always Pull Image should probably just say Pull Image (Add Container page)

In that page the button either pulls an image that doesn't exist or pulls the latest available tag of the image. "Always" belongs to a more general setting. While at this, it would be nice if this particular switch remembered its own status per container. In that case it would imply "always". The state of the switch might further be improved by checking if the image is already pulled or not.

The third scenario this switch handles in the off state is "do not pull the image if it exists" but it is not clear form this wording.

@samdulam we ran into this being confusing too today - untick the "pull image", and it doesn't pull it if the image doesn't exist yet?
