Ability to create new folders in volumes browser

The volume browser lacks only one feature to be complete: the possibility to create a folder

It would be great if one could create folders from there

This issue has been raised previously and it's definitely something we want to do, likely as part of a future larger volume browser refresh.

Just getting started with portainer and this is exactly the first thing I bang my head on: how do I create a folder in the volume browser? - apparently you can't. Bummer
