severity for panel component

It would be great when the panel component also have the severity property see button

I have a form with subobjects in panels when the form has errors all fields have red borders. but when the panel is collapsed the user don't see that this object has errors. So it would be nice when the panel has also the red border.

I think you can do it with CSS :has() and a custom panel class.
