Questions regarding Prime UI Kit, Figma Plugin, and Design Tokens architecture

Hi everyone!
I’m a designer working in a company that recently started using the Prime Design System. Our development team is using PrimeVue, and we are currently setting up our design-to-code workflow.
I have a few questions regarding the roadmap and the technical constraints of the system:

1. Prime Figma Plugin: Is there an estimated release date for the official Prime plugin? Also, will it be included for Prime UI Kit owners, or will it be a separate paid product?
2. Token Customization Limits: What are the limitations when working with source tokens? Specifically, what can or cannot be modified in Figma to ensure we don’t break the synchronization/connection with the frontend (PrimeVue implementation)?
3. Extending Token Tiers: Is it possible to create and add our own custom tokens at the Primitive and Semantic levels within the system's architecture?
4. Scaling the System: If adding tokens to the standard tiers isn't recommended, what is the best practice for introducing new custom tokens into the existing Prime ecosystem?
   We want to make sure our design handoff is as smooth as possible and stays compatible with future PrimeVue updates.
