Feature Request: Scheduling - Waiting for completion of previous task

For example to start the server after backup is finished. Previous request here: #2872

It would be good to clarify some very specific use-cases here and how you'd envision those schedules running so that we have a better idea of how this needs to be built. If you could bring over some information from that issue just so its easier for people to discuss here that would be great (since just linking out requires me to have two tabs side-by-side to follow along).

From that issue report the authors example is same as mine - be able to start the server again after backup is finished, which can be analyzed as shown in activity tab where backup is "marked as complete". So for starters adding "execute action after backup is done" would be enough, surely there are some other cases but for those current delay option is fine i think. Only problem for me is this waiting for backup.
