Add UI for setting container labels on the Panel (previously issue #4443) #5504

@GlassedSilver trying to understand this more (and just to make sure we're clear about the expectations since that issue is quite old and has some different threads): Are these labels to be applied identically on every node to every server? Are the labels expected to be customizable per-node? What particular labels would be nice to have, or are we wanting to be able to customize the name and value with different variable options? For example, would we need something like this?
As someone not running my own software in these types of scaled setups, I'm just trying to understand what particular real-world labels we'd be applying so I can better conceptualize how this would get built. The actual act of tagging the containers isn't particularly difficult by any means, just need to understand how the Panel needs to manage and parse said tags. Specifically if the Panel can pre-format them with known variables, or if they're going to need variables only found on the running Wings instance. |

Please refer to the previous issue #4443 for the existing trail of discussion around this.
Setting labels from within Pterodactyl would facilitate co-managing and referring to containers primarily created and maintained by Pterodactyl outside of it.
Since people use docker and similar container systems in vastly different ways having major standard tools available to work with those created outside of their usual environment would facility integrating them into their automations for example.
The request remains relevant as long as Pterodactyl is relevant and containers as a concept.
