Make One Allocation can have IPv4 and IPv6

Currently in Pterodactyl Panel, you have to create a separate Allocation for IPv4 and another one for IPv6, which is very inconvenient.
Especially if you use Automatic Allocations.
Also in most applications server are starting on both ipv4 and ipv6 by defualt.
It would be much better if a single Allocation could, handle both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address together.
This would simplify the management and make it much more user-friendly.
