SPIKE to ESP32

Hi.
We need to send (broadcast) data from SPIKE (Pybrics) on channel (e.g. 111) to ESP32 (IdeaSpark ESP32).
Board ESP32 should recive (OBSERVE) data from channel (e.g. 111) and than start with operations (writen in code).
Tutorial looks quite simple, but we are unable (dont know ???) how to upload BLERADIO.PY on board (IdeaSpark ESP32).
Whatever we do we board ESP32 searching and receiving data from all hubs (cellphones, other computers....) that are in range.
Questions:

1. How to upload BLERADIO.PY on board IdeaSpark ESP32 ?
2. How to recive only data from SPIKE-channel (e.g. 111) and not all signals that are in our school ?
