Want to use an ISO that I've already downloaded - Possible? How?

I have a W10 ISO that I've already downloaded and successfully installed on a standalone machine. I would like to use Quickemu to make a virtual machine install using that ISO, not grabbing something from Microsoft. I've looked through the docs here pretty thoroughly and don't see anything obvious that allows pointing to an existing .ISO file on my local hard drive as opposed to going off and downloading a fresh version from somewhere else... It is quite possible that I'm missing something, if it's possible can someone give me a pointer to the appropriate docs? If not, this might be something that could be put in as a feature request... I'm not a programmer, but it seems like something that wouldn't be terribly difficult....
