Add seededRandom()

Basically I need a function that returns a random value [0,1), but gives consistent results when supplied with the same argument.

Example implementation from StackOverflow answer:

  t = Math.imul(t ^ (t >>> 15), t | 1)
  t ^= t + Math.imul(t ^ (t >>> 7), t | 61)

I think this suggestion also calls for updating related functions (draw, jitter) to accept an argument providing random implementation (Like shuffle currently does).
