Result typep and Option helpers

Result<T, unknown = unknown> is quite nice.
Having functions to map and merge them etc would be cool.

And also for option types, but instead of creating our own option type like other libs we can just use T | undefined as the input which is much simpler.

What are your thoughts on that?
