How to create websites with Reflex

I have a project to create static websites, saas etc with Python (https://github.com/paulocoutinhox/kaktos), but need know python and html.

I want use Reflex to create a SaaS only with Python.

Is it possible?

To be honest, I think users need to know some knowledge about JavaScript, react, CSS in addition to python if they want to build beautiful and powerful web app.
