Unable to view the screenshots in the report

Hello,

I am currently using Reqnroll version 3.1. The report is being generated, but the screenshots are not displayed. At the end of final step, the report shows the screenshot path, but the actual images are not visible.

I am generating the screenshots inside the Screenshots folder under the Reports directory. Could you please advise what I might be missing?

Would you be able to attach a screenshot or the actual html file itself to help us diagnose?

What you should see is the Step and in the line below it should be the name of the attachment file preceded by a black diamond. If you click the black diamond, the attachment will be shown. Example:

When the detail for the attachment step has the prefix: LOG, that means the code has used

            reqnrollOutputHelper.WriteLine(text);

To attach a file, it is expected that the code would have been called like this (where attachment is a string variable that contains the path and filename of the attachment:

            reqnrollOutputHelper.AddAttachment(attachment);

Can you share your binding code for the Then click retrieve account and verify account details are invalid step so that we can confirm that the screenshot file is being properly added?
