Yes, I modified the password through the /etc/default/rustfs configuration file. I found that after deleting the hidden file /data/.rustfs.sys and restarting the service again, the modified password took effect.

Your version might be an older one. If it is, the metadata has this problem.

Deleting .rustfs.sys and then restarting does work.
