It's not possible to export PDF files with version 9.2.1.

Never faced before. It may related RazorViewEngine version. Please check your razor view engine version. Otherwise copy the related c# codes to your application and debug it.

I copied the code from Serenity and discovered an error when using Serenity.Extensions/Report/Render. Could you take a look at it?

By default you need to serenity.extensions nuget package installed on your computer. Which uses default renderer. Otherwise you can create own class and override the GetRenderAction method to customize the url, then you needto register your custom class as service.
