Preliminary Kotlin 2.3 support

Kotlin 2.3.0 was released recently, and contains many improvements, including build performance. We've been testing it against our Skip libraries and sample apps, and except for a single fix we needed in skip-bridge, it has been working fine.

If you would like to test it in your own projects, you can do so by simply adding the the skip-unit dependency pinned to the kotin-2.3 branch, like so:

    dependencies: [
        // other dependencies here
        .package(url: "https://source.skip.tools/skip-unit.git", branch: "kotin-2.3"),
    ],

Please do let us know if you experience any issues or errors when you try it out. If there are no reported issues, we plan on including it in the next skip-unit release sometime in the coming weeks, in which case it will automatically roll out to everyone who is keeping up with the latest releases.
