Change the default country of the HTML select in the checkout process

Hi, I would change the default country of the select HTML (by default on USA) in the 1st step of the checkout

*The locale is on french (fr)

I don't know if I need to change something in the partial or in the controller ?

I think found the solution. By checking Spree::Config I found that Spree::Config.default_country_iso is on US
