Well My doubt is are we supposed to make user authentication via email that is only owner who created project will be able to upload to the space under the account of subscription.

Or

Are we supposed to allow all users (anyone )giving them access without any encryption on who can access

1. there is no in-site way to cancel the starter subscription and clearly tell your user that they will not pay anymore
2. after I deleted the files the system still tells me that I use 21 gb out of 5 on starter subscription, so I will again pay and my files didn't actually were deleted?

So I am heavily panicking right now I need a clear clarification I wrote to you everywhere I even requested account deletion via email.

It is the one and same space I deleted all files from it but it says that I still use 21 gb, why the system didn't update it instantly?
