Auth auto approval when created user from dashbaord

I created a user from dashboard and automatic confirm is clicked even then getting message when try to sigin in from client side that email need to verify.
I want to verify email automaticaly can anyone guide me on this

I just created a user with this:

And was immediately able to access with supabase.js signInWithPassword.
