I don't think this is a bug

I assume you are on free plan where projects are automatically paused after 7 days of inactivity. You can restore it by:

1. Going to your Supabase Dashboard
2. Select the paused project
3. Click the "Restore project" button

The other Issue might be billing related or exceeding free tier limits. Now since there is a message on top left indicating you exceeded free tier limits. I assume the only solution is to upgarde your plan
