IssueCapture — AI-powered bug reporting widget for Jira, built on Supabase

What I built

https://issuecapture.com is a drop-in JavaScript widget that lets website visitors report bugs with screenshots, console logs, and network data — then automatically creates rich Jira tickets. AI handles triage, categorization, and duplicate detection.

Think of it as a modern replacement for Atlassian's Issue Collector (which hasn't been updated since 2014).

How Supabase is used

Supabase is the entire backend:

• Postgres + RLS — Multi-tenant SaaS with ~29 tables, all using Row Level Security for tenant isolation
• Auth — User authentication and team management
• Storage — Screenshot and file attachment storage for bug reports
• Edge Functions — 6 functions handling widget config delivery, analytics tracking, AI processing queue, email notifications, and data retention cleanup
• pgvector — Issue embeddings for AI-powered duplicate detection
