Cannot login through MFA

Hello,

I have been locked out of my Supabase account for the past two weeks. My credentials are correct but the login is requiring MFA which does not appear in my authenticator app. I have tried contacting support about this multiple times but I am yet to have a response.

My tickets are:

• SU-405265
• SU-410273

I also cannot fill out the site-based support form due to:

"Failed to fetch permissions: Insufficient AAL: MFA required. Try refreshing your browser, or reach out to us via a support ticket if the issue persists"

I am on a paid plan, but can only go through the email support route.

1. How am I able to gain access to my account again? (I do not believe I have any recovery codes)
2. If I am unable to get back in (worst case), how can I delete my account and block payments to Supabase?
