Locked out — request to remove/reset MFA (2FA/TOTP) on my account

Hi Supabase team,

I'm locked out of my account. I sign in via GitHub, and after the GitHub step I'm stopped at the MFA screen (/dashboard/sign-in-mfa) asking for a 6-digit TOTP code. I've lost access to the authenticator and have no recovery codes, so I can't generate the code. The in-dashboard support form (/dashboard/support/new) returns "Insufficient AAL: MFA required", so I can't open a ticket that way.

Please help me remove/reset the MFA factor so I can sign in again.

You will need to contact support@supabase.com...
But their official docs say they can't get you in.

Account email is likely not enough as that is what 2fa protects and API keys are considered public.

I've seen them get some Pro users in though with billing info.

Also expect a long wait. The account security group is very backed up.
