You will need to contact support@supabase.com... I've seen them get some Pro users in though with billing info. Also expect a long wait. The account security group is very backed up. |

Hi Supabase team,
I'm locked out of my account. I sign in via GitHub, and after the GitHub step I'm stopped at the MFA screen (/dashboard/sign-in-mfa) asking for a 6-digit TOTP code. I've lost access to the authenticator and have no recovery codes, so I can't generate the code. The in-dashboard support form (/dashboard/support/new) returns "Insufficient AAL: MFA required", so I can't open a ticket that way.
Please help me remove/reset the MFA factor so I can sign in again.
