Pro account recovery — locked out (GitHub OAuth login lost), 3+ weeks no reply

Hi Supabase team,
I'm the owner and sole member of a Pro organization and I'm completely
locked out of my account. This is a paid account, so I'd really appreciate
help through the paid-customer process.
The problem

• My Supabase account could only be logged in via GitHub OAuth. I have
  permanently lost that GitHub account and no longer have any of its
  details, so I cannot log in to the dashboard by any means.
• Because the support portal itself requires logging in, I can't file a
  ticket normally. I already emailed support (ticket SU-405421) explaining
  that I'm a Pro customer, but it has been over 3 weeks with no human reply.

• Project ref: mwaqrkithfvxrkpempyj ("分流器") — region ap-northeast-1,
  Postgres 17, created 2026-03-18, currently ACTIVE_HEALTHY
• Account email: bo****@gmail.com (I still fully control this inbox;
  full address provided privately)
  What I'm asking for (either option works)

1. Preferred: unlink GitHub OAuth from my account and enable email /
   magic-link login for the account email above, which I control.
2. Or: add a new email I control as an Owner of the organization so I can
   take over.
   Proof of ownership — happy to provide any of these privately

• I can confirm from the account email itself.
• I hold the organization's Management API token and the project's
  service_role key; your logs show recent authenticated Management API /
  SQL activity under that token, and I can perform any verification step
  you specify.
• The credit card billed monthly for this Pro plan (last 4 digits +
  amount).
  This is the production backend for a live service, so I'd like to resolve
  it before it turns into an outage. Please let me know the best way to
  continue privately. Thank you!
