Sign in using GitHub requesting a 2FA code that was never set up? Unable to log in.

Hi team,

I have been using GitHub to sign into Supabase using OAuth since I first started working with the platform. Last night when I went to sign in, I clicked sign in using GitHub as usual, however after completing the OAuth request, it send me to a screen asking for a 2FA code on the Supabase site (not GitHub)? I never set one up as I have always signed in using GitHub - wondering if anyone else has run into this issue?

Using Chrome - and have tried the same approach in incognito. I have the SupaBase desktop app, however it is just a chrome wrapper and shouldnt affect it in anyway.

Note I have tried my GitHub 2FA code and that also does not work.
