Add a FAIR document with version 1.0

Hi!

I think we should add this document with all repos that have been released as version 1.0 as part of the documentation.

https://www.go-fair.org/fair-principles/

Then if we don't follow all principles, we can state that and the open issues to fix it. Where we think we follow the principles we simply state why.

This should just be a md file in the docs folder called FAIR.md.

That sounds like a reasonable suggestion, which won't add too much extra work.

In general, FAIR data is good, but I think we might still be a ways off than just adding the md file. Let's take this up at the Friday meeting.
