Cursor spinning after load any version that older than 5.0.2

I recently trying to upgrade my bootstrap to the latest version but keep getting a spinning cursor and try various version until 5.0.2 then the spinning cursor stops. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Sounds like not a Bootstrap problem? Maybe something to do with whatever app or compiler you're using.

After you post, I went through the debug process again and found out that the real cause to the spinning wheel is this script.
