Sveltekit version of the status-page

Spent some time updating the code from sapper to vite/sveltekit in an effort to update the dependencies and in an effort to eventually add i18n support to the site.

Again its a work in progress, but the code base is here https://github.com/KingBain/status-page-sveltekit

and folks can try out the package by updating their .upptimerc.yml

customStatusWebsitePackage: "@kingbain/status-page-sveltekit"

customStatusWebsitePackage is an undocument config that i noticed in the site builder ;)

More updated to multi lingual support

im currently removing/replace mention of config.i8n.token and replacing it with a call like $t('token')

This may break things downstream with how .upptimerc.yml is currently used of in the github settings, but unsure.

Forsure dragons here though
