Can we use ESRGAN Deblur models?

You know, like 1x-ReFocus-V3.pth or 1x-Fatality-Deblur.pth? I use these in Forge and comfy, but the idea of a dedicated upscaler seems like a good idea. I've yet to try this out, but deblur seems like it'd go right along with your the GAN models. Do the same 'conversion' requirements apply? Would Refocus and Fatality (and their ilk) work with Upscayl?
