How to make alert notifications work in v11?

In v11.0.3, I have my email address in the Application Settings under Email addresses to send alerts to, but I never receive any emails.

If I click on "Check Email Config" at the top, I receive the test email successfully.

Has anyone been able to get any alert emails on v11?

Hello, can you please share with us the error logs from the backend service running in Docker? Please make sure to mask any PII data like emails and public IP addresses before sharing.
