🚀 GSoC 2025: Interest in Unified Webpack Dev Tools Contribution

Hello Webpack Community! 👋

I'm Shyam Barua, a 3rd-year Computer Science student at KIIT University, specializing in JavaScript, Node.js, and Web Development. I'm passionate about open-source contributions and excited to participate in Google Summer of Code 2025 with Webpack!

I've been exploring Webpack's codebase and am particularly interested in the "Unified Webpack Dev Tools" project. I’ve started researching webpack-dev-server, webpack-hot-middleware, and webpack-dev-middleware, and I would love to get more insights into the project scope.

A Few Questions:
