It can be used to replace typescript-loader and make compilation time faster

should i do this by making it an issue and update this in webpack and can it be a potential GSOC project based on its impact ?

I don't think we need to make something here, it is still experimental and but technically we could implement a new type typescript/auto and other, like for JS and use built-in Node.js feature to transpile typescript (like a simple replacement for typescript-loader without type generation, it is most popular solution)
