Need a Custom Bootstrapper

Hello,

Can someone provide me what I need to get a custom bootstrapper work with Wix6 or Wix4? I have tried every possible version of wix and I cant get my custom bootstrapper to work. What components and versions are needed?

FYI the reason I need a custom bootstrapper is I need the following:

1. A screen with links to download software prerequisites
2. A license file upload screen

Bootstrapper applications are very different in WiX v4 and WiX v6. It's been a while since I wrote one from scratch (see Note below) but I've heard that the test code from WiX can get you started.

Note: We built a layer at FireGiant called the Bundle Application Framework. We created that after working on a few custom bootstrapper applications for customers. It makes it a lot easier to build them.
