Highlights

Issues Addressed

• Report post processor does not support reach-only Metrics.
• ListRequisitions can lock all parent Measurement rows regardless of page size
• DEADLINE_EXCEEDED issue on completed-measurements-deletion-cronjob

Potentially Requiring Action

• measurement_states is no longer supported in ListRequisitionsRequest.Filter except in the case where it's set to AWAITING_REQUISITION_FULFILLMENT when states is set to UNFULFILLED. This is the only observed call pattern, in which case measurement_states is actually redundant. See perf!: Apply limit before joining Requisitions to Measurements #2301
  • ListRequistions now depends on Requisitions being in the WITHDRAWN state under the appropriate conditions. There must not be any UNFULFILLED Requisitions in the system created by versions prior to v0.5.9.
