Ignore commented lines

I have many SCHEDULED and DEADLINE lines in my org files which are commented with a # at the beginning of the line. I would like these and all other commented lines to be ignored during parsing.

This was brought to my attention when orgzly erroneously included all my commented scheduled and deadline tasks in the agenda.

Notice that the # can be at the start of the trimmed line, so just looking at the first char isn't enough.

I just discovered I have this problem too. It doesn't work for #, COMMENT, or #+BEGIN_COMMENT
